We hope that our customers are always happy with their puchases. However, please read our refund policy before you place any order at Harper and Friends.
Items sold in Harper and Friends are strictly not refundable. However, if you have received a defected, damaged or wrong product, please email us within 3 days of receipt of your order. You are required to return the defected/ wrong products to us and unfortunately the return shipping fee is fully borne by the customer.
We will assess the defects and the decision whether to exchange/ refund is at our discretion. Once the fault is verified, we will replace the products for you. In the event that no replacement stock is available, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase in the form of store credit.
